  1. The cake and flowers look lovely. It was indeed a lovely gesture by FARM florists. I think it is important to talk about equality of rights, respect and pay parity on Women’s day.

  2. That is such a lovely way to celebrate that special woman in your life on International Women’s Day. I always try to show my GF how much I love and support her, but on this day – even more than Valetine’s Day – I really try to do something special for her.

  3. I have to be honest and say I don’t like receiving flowers. To appreciate the beauty of the flower, we should allow it to continue living with it’s roots. I would rather a potted plant and cake!

  4. Flower and cake bundle are lovely gifts on international women’s day. I also agree that women have played a lot of pivotal roles and deserve to be respected and admired.

  5. Truth be told, the International Womens’ Day is the “World Pretense Day”, to me. All the messages and very nice-looking pictures don’t mean much other than that day, itself. Translating it all into action largely remains a myth! I hope this changes with time!

  6. When I was a child, I thought that Women’s day is a soviet fest as it was very popular in the USSR 35 years ago. I am a bit skeptical about any formal holidays. We should celebrate life, love, and peace every day!
