Oriental Pearl TV Tower, situated beside the Huangpu River and the Pudong Park in Lujiazui, Pudong New Area and with a giddy height of 468 meters, is the world’s third and Asia’s first tallest TV tower. Standing in the modern architecture buildings of Lujiazui area, it shows the spectacular scenery of international metropolis together with the International Architecture Exhibition of the Bund. The Bound

Shanghai World Financial Center

Designed by American architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox, the 101-layer tower was originally planned for construction in 1997, but it was temporarily broken off by the Asian Financial Crisis in the late 1990s. The building of the tower was financed by several multinational firms, including Chinese, Japanese, and Hong Kong banks, as well as by the Japanese developer and American and European investors.
