If you are like most Americans, you probably never leave your own neighborhood let alone go overseas. Like many of us, our to-do list has chained us to our local town and very few ever get out to explore and see the world. Yet with so many people confessing to the fact that traveling has made them a better person, why do so very few people never travel?
The most common excuses include lack of money, lack of time, no one to travel with, fear of safety, or fear of trying something new. Whatever the reason may be, the true reason is lack of resourcefulness. Most people who do not travel because they are not willing to be resourceful and make it a priority in their life.
Sadly, many of these same people are ones who have become complacent in life. They have either lost their passion or Joie de vivre, or they have allowed fear to completely take over their life. What many of these people do not realize is that life is short and you must make the most of it while you can.
So with this in mind, we have curated some inspiring quotes that we hope will help you remember that life is precious and that you must appreciate every moment you can while you still have time.
